August 28th, 2007 it was announced that ERA Home Traditions has merged with Century 21 Distinctive Properties to create the largest real estate merger in Solano County history!
Both ERA and Century 21 are part of the Realogy family of franchise companies; having similar products and services to offer our clients and community. On the local level this merger had created a powerhouse in the local real estate market with approximately 250 licensed Realtors and 400+ listings that dominate market share.
Solano, Napa, and Yolo county consumers will see some name changes as we transition signs and marketing material from ERA to Century 21. Despite a few changes over the next several weeks;this is a GREAT move for everyone in Solano, Yolo, and Napa county real estate with improved local and national presence, state of the art training, and tools to meet buyers and sellers needs.
