Home buyers who require or desire a home with acreage often find themselves searching websites for days with little or no luck. This brings me to my point which is that most real estate websites do not have a specific search provision for homes with acreage. In the Knox County real estate market roughly one third of all home buyers are looking for a home with an acre or more of land so it makes sense to give this market some special attention.
Agents who work outside of the metro markets may find they can benefit by organizing their websites so that consumers interested in homes with land can quickly and easily locate them. Then each time you add a real estate listing to your site be sure to add a listing tag so that your listing is also listed in your "Home with Acreage" in addition to be listed by price and or by location. Once you have created your listing tag you can also copy the website page url and paste it into other websites, blogs, Twitter, Facebook, community websites and even within your own electronic newsletter.
