I have closed more short sales than not this year
I would like to thank John & Nicki Gullett and all the staff for all thier hard work and without you it could not have been done!
I have given them some the most difficult short sale transactions over these past few months and we have been successful at a rate of 100% which is amazing!
I must add that the office and staff are warm and friendly always. Fresh baked cookies are always on the table and the complete atmosphere is professional and comforting.
