I see many inexperienced buyers think they want to buy a fixer, believing that it will save them money.

Catherine,

I have remodeled many fixers, I can say it is not for the faint of heart. I know it can save money but even the experienced can get in over their heads if they are not careful.

Sometimes those who buy fixers have no clue what is really involved and I know that you know that.

 This is alway risky some people are not meant to be home repair people.
