The above table provides some insight on how homes sales and prices fared in the first nine months in Los Osos. A total of 127 single-family residences sold, with the highest closing of 19 sales in September.
Interestingly, the length of time - DOM or Days on Market - needed to sell homes during this period varied from month to month. The DOM was highest at an average number of 185 days in January, went down to an average of 42 days in May, and then was back up at an average of 156 days last month.
