I thought this quote was perfect for the day I had today!! My client wanted me to over price his home 100,000 over the comps!! I saw this Quote and thought it was a perfect ending to my day. oh by the way I convinced him his house was not going to sell at his price and he agreed to mine!!! goes to show that a little talk of reality goes a long way!! At the end he told me he still thought his house was worth more, but I was the professional and he want to sell his home.
