Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX Select Realty - REALTOR and Green Homes Specialist RS310271

I've been taking pictures around the Allegheny West streets lately and I put together this tour. Enjoy!

I have an interesting redevelopment property, The Stables Building, for sale in the neighborhood.

Great photo tour!  You have some lovely old buildings in the area you work. I'm a huge fan of old architecture!

The Allegheny West neighborhood was where the industrialists of Pittsburgh's past first settled. The area has some of the most spectacular architecture in the city.

Christa,

Thanks for your post, what a great photo tour!  I've been spending time recently on the North Side and I'm very impressed with the variety of real estate developement opportunities.  Good luck with the stables building!

Thanks Liz, the buildings across the street from The Stables Building, The Hipwell Buildings, were featured in the Pittsburgh Business Times last week in a story about the developers. Things are starting to happen in the Allegheny West Neighborhood. It's a great opportunity for the right developer.
