62 sales pendings
27 listings sold

Prices on sold properties ranged from $89,900 to $425,000.
Sales to list price percentage ranged from 85% to 101%.
Days on market for sold properties ranged from 16 to 618 days.

There are currently 680 foreclosures for sale in Snohomish County with 532 of those being single family homes. Prices for currently listed properties range from $15,000 for a manufactured home in Lynnwood to $2.15 million for a custom built Tuscan villa on the shores of Puget Sound.

With all of the news reports about various lenders pulling foreclosures from the market and holding off on future foreclosures, it looks like the sky really isn't falling after all in the local markets. The overall numbers haven't changed much, week to week, since the news started reporting these events. We've yet to see any dramatic decrease in the number of active listings or the number of new listings each week. There's still plenty of inventory available and plenty of deals to be had, although the deals are more likely to be picking up properties listed below market value rather than huge discounts off list price.
