Own a piece of heaven now!

With interest rates at all time lows and inventories high, now is the time to jump off that fence and take on home ownership.  If you are near retirement age, or just planning for retirement in the future, you should consider beautiful Southern West Virginia.  We like to call it "four seasons country".  We do get winter here with some snow so everyone can enjoy our wonderful mountain skiing.  We also get lovely summers here cooled by the mountain breezes, but none of those are the "big draw" here in Southern West Virginia.  The people here are wonderful.  I have lived in several states and when I moved to West Virginia in 1982, I knew I was "home".   I have helped several people relocate here because they discovered that when they retired, they could no longer afford to live in the area they earned their living in.  Our taxes are relatively low and our cost of living is low when compaired to larger metropolitan areas.  Give Southern West Virgina some thought, and give me a call!
