Almost everyday our phone rings where folks ask who we would recommend for this or that task. Being in Atlanta, Buckhead & Sandy Springs Real estate sales, executive leasing and property management business, Tim Francis Realty see more than the average share of needed repairs. Probably the vendors I call to the MOST frequently are my painters – Zeferino & Armando Pantaleon. They are a father and son painting team with other long term folks who work with them. Literally, I call them so often, that they joke, which color are we painting,
Putnam Ivory or Philadelphia Cream? (Note: Both are Benjamin Moore Paint Colors that other companies can also match!) I like them, as they are neutral out of their Historical Colors with a bit more depth to them, as well; they are still light, bright and cheery.
