The Southlake Festival of Trees is an annual event in Southlake Town Square put on by the Greater Southlake Women's Society. The 2010 Festival of Trees is presented by Park Place Motorcars and will run from November 13-20, 2010.
The Festival of Trees event in Southlake begins on November 13th with the limited edition Trish Biddle ornaments available for purchase at City Hall for $15. Personalize your ornament and see it hanging on the Community Tree in Southlake Town Square throughout the holiday season and take them home after Christmas as a keepsake for years to come.
While you pick out your ornament, view the Gingerbread House Display in Southlake Town Hall from November 13-20. These gingerbread houses created by local chefs will be auctioned off at the Grand Gala Finale.
The next event for the Southlake Festival of Trees is Malouf's Fashion Luncheon on November 19th from 11am-2pm at the Southlake Hilton. Enjoy a gourmet lunch and signature fashion show with celebrity models. There will also be a holiday shopping bazaar for your Christmas shopping. Malouf's provides fine clothing for men and women with services including personal wardrobe assistance, expert fitting and tailoring, and custom made pieces.
Bring the whole family out on Saturday, November 20th at 5:30pm for the lighting of the Southlake Community Tree. The kids will be amazed as Santa arrives on horse drawn carriage! Everyone will enjoy the face painting, live entertainment, and pictures with Santa as the entire Southlake Town Square is transformed into a winter wonderland.
The final Festival of Trees event is the Grand Gala Finale on November 20th fro 6:30pm-11:30pm at the Southlake Hilton. This event features delectable dining, a martini bar, designer themed Christmas trees, and a unique live and silent auction. There will be live entertainment by the LongShots Band.
