Over the last 6 months, June proved to be our busiest month in sales volume. October started quite sluggish but picked up again this past week. The graph below represents the weekly sales for these areas combined.

Below represents the amount of actively available homes. We are at our lowest point in 6 months. Notice the gap between sales and available homes.

Pending contracts, that is property waiting to close has noticably improved for October.

Glad at least Oct is picking up. I hope the year finishes off strong, and then let's ring in a strong 2011.  Out of curiousity, is any one of those areas doing better?  I have a lot of customers in your area, esp Stamford, Greenwich and New Canaan.

Debbie,

Greenwich had a pop in contracts the beginning of Oct. and available homes is fairly flat.

Stamford has been busy with contracts from Sept on with # of units available at it's lowest in 6 months.  Good news!

New Canaan contracts are up and their units are also at lowest in 6 months.  More good news!
