Temecula's Paseo Del Sol Community is located in the south part of Temecula (therefore closer to San Diego and the Camp Pendleton Marine base).  Traveling there, off the 15 freeway, go East on either 79 South or Rancho California.  The Paseo Del Sol community is between those two East-West corridors, and between the North-South streets of Margarita and Butterfield Stage Road.

The portions of Paseo Del Sol that have view homes are typically built on the south sides of the east-west running streets, such as Pensador and Terraza.  This is because the Paseo Del Sol communities are built on some rolling hills that make for quiet, tree-lined streets and walking trails, as well as some homes with remarkable view of south Temecula including, from some, the balloonists that frequent certain areas of Temecula.
