In addition to my on-going Nia classes in the Willow Glen Area of San Jose, I am going to start a new on-going Nia class in Los Gatos!

9:30 am to 10:30 am

Nia is a bare-foot cardio-dance workout!

We are visiting friends on LosGatos. I live in Boulder CO and take NIA regularly. Any chance you have a Sunday class I could participate in as a visitor. If so, what is the fee and the other particulars -- time and place. I would sure love be to try your class!
