Hi Diane--Hope this one has sold by now.  LOVE the porch/balcony and the view.  I had to Google Logan Martin Lake.  Looks like a very nice place to live where it feels like a vacation year round!

Adam- This is a great home with lots of square footage for the money.  If anyone is looking for  a lot of space on Logan Martin Lake, they need to come take a look at this awesome  home.
