a different approach to a Winter Clothing Drive...

Services for Real Estate Pros with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Ambassador

Coats 4 kidsThis coming Sunday in Omaha, NE and surrounding areas there will be hundreds of official collection sites for the 2010 Omaha Area Board of REALTORS 'Coats 4 Kids' Winter clothing drive.

That's because every open house in the area will be an official collection site! Just look for these signs in a neighborhood near you!

Clothing DriveIf you miss out on Sunday's citywide collection. You can drop off any coats and winter clothing, both for kids and adults, to any local real estate office. All of the companies in the Omaha area are participating.

Our goal is to collect 2400 coats by Wednesday, November 10th! The clothing will be split among three local charities: the Open Door Mission/Lydia House; the YWCA, and the Sarpy County Community Services as well.

Clean out your closets and let's put those 'gently used' clothes to a good use!

This is a great idea.  I know there are several coat drives in NH.

It's a new twist Joan, the first time we've used open houses as collection points! So far, we're getting a lot of participation!
