Here in these segments on Michigan movement in Business I usually try list or speak to new, expanded or relocated Business ventures within our State.
Today, however, the reports on Cable or TV, & the 2 major Newspapers are still digesting the events of November 2nd's voting results and what they may mean for Michigan and the country as well.
Therefore, my 'pickings' are slim.

Roseville, MI: Comics Store New Name & New Location:
...Bob's Comics of Warren has been renamed "Liberty Comics" and it is not in Warren, but is in Roseville.
In 2009, the owner Gayle Taylor decided to answer his "mood for a change";
He wanted to show his gratitude for our Soldiers fighting in Afghanistan--thus the name of "Liberty Comics".
Now, he is launching: www.LibertyComicsOnline.com
This is a very new site, only up for a few months. Through the site customers can purchase through eBay and also
sign up for a membership program --& receive discounts, subscriptions to favorite comics, exclusive pre orders, &
a newsletter..
the new location is at 27639 Gratiot--just North of 11 Mile Rd in Roseville. The store opens at noon Tues-Sunday.
Gayle also takes in comics & novels to send to the troops in Afghanistan. He personally boxes & mails them.

Car makers post double digit sales increases:
...the three car companies: Ford Motor Co., General Motors Corp. & Chrysler Group LLC all posted double digit
sales increases for the month of October.
The automotive industry as a whole also saw increases; the industry saw it's best month in two years--
except for the months period of the "Cash for Clunkers" in '2009
