If you're like me - the one part that I absolutely despise about investing in real estate is the paperwork.
Seriously, there's been deals that have fell apart all because I had the wrong paperwork. I even remember several years ago, I had a deal that I was aquiring at around 65% LTV and the lady was moving to Texas.
Anyway, I'd screwed up the paperwork and had to find her before she left town and even give her more money - all because of the paperwork.
That's why I was stoked to see a simple contract creator that's actually free and super easy to use.
Within a couple of minutes you can whip out the forms you need. I played around with this tool yesterday and thought you'd like it.
I'll probably make a video tutorial on how to use it in the next day or two.
