Hi everyone,
I just joined your group today. I am finally getting the hang of marketing some of my properties on sites such as Active Rain. Your group looked like a group I would find helpful and Maybe I can be of some help too. I have been in the Real Estate business for almost 2 years and have 6 rehabs under my belt. I also have a lot of great contacts to share as far as contractors.
I have two investment properties available and one for sale (Owner/Occupant). Check out my Active Rain listings when you get a chance at:

Visit http://www.abuinvestmentsllc.biz to see additional pictures, sample renovation videos, etc.
If anyone is interested in or knows of someone that is, please feel free to call me on my mobile phone.
I look forward to chatting with everyone in the near future.
Have a great day!
