Hello Carolyn,

We spent some time once on Marco Island, and some good friends of ours from Kentucky had a vacation home there for years. From time to time you might have someone who wants a place here in Lake Tahoe. Every now and then we see folks wanting to get off the hill for good and head your way. We're both second home markets.

Also want to thank you for taking your time to comment on our recent series about marketing and advertising. That, and knowing you as a resource for Marco Island information are both much appreciated.

Hi Carolyn,

We love Marco Island! When we were there quite a few years ago we ended up buying a foreclosure time share week. The yearly fees have went way up (with the hurricanes) and we are thinking about selling it. Do you deal with that or no anyone that does?
