Baby It's Cold Outside

After a couple of weak attempts to snow earlier in the week yesterday it snowed most of the day but with temperatures hovering right around freezing it was still to warm to stick. Over night the temperature dropped enough to allow it to stick, even on the 'warm' ground.

Brrrrrrrr is right!  Unbelievable but we're experiencing some of the same here in beautiful Western NC and the Hendersonville area.  The higher elevations have snow and we've seen flurries!  It's toooooo early for this!

Ann - we have had heavy frosts here for a couple of weeks now - living in a valley with the river in the back yard our frosts are heavier than most areas around here.

Debi - I love winter but this is too early for me I still have to finish the fall clean up around the deck and put away all the flower post etc for next year.
