I-Pad Helps Me Save Money and Sell Real Estate

That's Right, The I-Pad saves me lots of time and additional savings from spending a fortune on INK to print!

I am now saving $60 per month just in INK by having the I-Pad. I used to print the properties when going out to show homes, a copy for me (agent copy) and customer copy. Now I just populate the link to my I-Pad via the MLS and we review the information directly from the I-Pad.

It is Also a HUGE Time Saver when you are out and about and your client say's, Stop the Car, what about that home?? I can pull it up in a matter of seconds.. Usually those homes have already been researched and if it was not on my list, it was either contingent or pending, but its great to be able to show them on the spot!

I am still learning the many different advantages of having the I-Pad and will continue to share when I discover something that could be useful.

If you dont have an I-Pad and are considering the expense, I think it is a great investment if used.

Is your IPad the 4 g version? The IPad has helped me alot too, but we got the 1st group out and it is not 4G.

Good to know. I haven't bought one yet. Just bought a new IMac and a new car, so another expense will have to wait just a bit. I see them everywhere now and I do think they'll replace laptops all together. Can't wait to get one, but hopefully the next generation so it will have some additional features.

Hi Lori, My I-Pad is not the 4G the 3G, I love it!

Andrzej, Have you checked with your MLS to see if they have a wireless version?. Our standard Web version does not operate correctly however they cam out with a wireless version back in May, so check with them, they may have it or close to having one.

I print 10 copies of my current rental home sheet each time I update to take with me for showings. I'd L♥VE to not have to do that and show homes online or have the information with me LARGER than my cel phone screen.
