Wish me luck today, as I am showing about 8-10 homes in Boise, on game day!
I have clients who are selling their home in Nampa, Idaho and moving to Boise (only 20 minutes away). The traffic might be a little heavy because of the Boise State Broncos home game with Hawaii this afternoon.
Boise is a beautiful city and we are set to be about 65 degrees today!
So, the plan is to show & write up an offer before game time! I will keep my cool while Showing Boise Idaho Homes Among the Football Traffic
Don, you can probably keep up with the game on your phone while you are out showing! Clearly, these are motivated buyers! Good luck.

Hope everything worked out for you. At least it sounds like the buyers weren't big football fans like me. I can nearly watch anything that has an elliptical ball in it.
Ron, they are fans as well! We both made sure we were completed by game time! We meet again tomorrow, to see a couple more. AND... Boise State takes a victory over Hawaii!
Wow! That is a gorgeous picture, Don. I have no idea what the topography is like there. The grassy, tree area looks like New England, but the hills behind definitely don't! Hope it went well today.
Nina, I love the area! Boise means City of Trees (French I guess). We are a high desert valley with the Boise River & Snake River running right through our valley.
Our Boise State Broncos made us proud again, today, 42-7 over Hawaii!

All the "football traffic" in Boise appears to have just been the Broncos "driving" into the blue Hawaii end zone.
Right on, Jim! That's where most of the traffic ended up, alright! Go Broncos! The BCS gods have it in for BSU, I think. We'll see how this all ends up...
