Hey everybody, I am new to the blogging community so bear with me. I thought I could mention a few things about Prescott, Az. It is on the most moved to list from MSN Money. It was third. It has four seasons and all are mild. The only real natural disaster that is feared here is fire. That is mainly in the Prescott National forest areas. We are a mile high and about 20 degrees cooler than Phoenix in the summer. I sell a lot of Horse property as I am in touch with the horse community. My wife and I show world class halter horses. Licensed Realtors if you have clients looking this way, give me a call, mention this blog and receive a 30% referral on a closed transaction that is with us.

Welcome to ActiveRain Ken. There is tons of great information floating around on here.

My Cousin shows horses as well. To tell you the truth, I'm not exactly sure what kind they are. I know he was down in Reno(?) last month showing horses then I believe went down to Arizona somewhere for another show..........For some reason my mom said it was Nationals......Worlds.......(I can't remember now, I know whatever he was doing, it was a big deal)???? Hmmm, I need to call my Cousin and see how that went for him. We'll keep you in mind for Arizona horse properties.

I'm another horse person on here, own and, at one time, raised, Morgans. We should talk horse property. (Like two horse people can get together and NOT talk about horses!)
