You can launch your own power boat or rent kayaks, canoes, jon boats with motor or paddle boats. As you can see by the foliage the boat rental season is over and the equipment is headed for winter storage and refurbishing.

Karen, I know something like that would do well here in my area. I know places where you can rent a pontoon for the day. Your post has given me the idea to search out spots like this to post about. After all we are on the Tennessee River and about 45 minutes away from Lake Guntersville.
