Ann, Looks like your market is moving onward and upward!  That's great news.  The days on market has really been reduced.  Great stuff!  I'm sure the folks are moving out of Hoover due to their terrible High School Football team, right?  LOL...we'll get you next year :)

Hey Ann, hope you are doing well.  Your numbers look similar to mine in other areas.  Slightly lower selling prices than last year.  Realtors seem to be doing a good job of pricing homes though because the days on market are not excessive.  If overpriced they would be staying on the market a lot longer.  Are you seeing many problems with sellers because they have to price their homes lower than they wanted to reflect the market?

Hello Ann, Ross Bridge sounds like a nice area.  An 31 days on the market is a far cry from the last couple of years DOM.  What really caught my attention was the Craftsfman style home in the photo...that's a great look.
