The Worlds Largest manufacture of Solar Panels is expected to be the anchor in a planned research park. Hotels, Restaurants, & Construction Sites to house students and facility are already beginning to move into the area.
Knowing Mayor Evans as a visionary and watching the mastery of assembling such a gargantuan project, this may be the finest planned college event in the nation bar none. I have the utmost confidence this project is taking every possible effect into account and meeting each one head-on with wisdom and foresight.
We have about a year (give or take 6 months) before the first shovel of dirt is turned. At that point, Katie bar the door! Payson and the "Rim Country" will never be the same. The available Bank Owned, Short Sale, and simple Residential Homes in the area will dwindle quickly.
