Many sellers of multimillion-dollar homes are refusing to cut their asking prices, despite their properties lingering on the market. Here's a look at the top 5 of them;

Hana Ranch Partners, a limited-liability company that includes a Getty family trust, owns this roughly 4,500-acre ranch in Maui, Hawaii. Sloping pastures and forested land make up the property, which sits on the east side of the Haleakala volcano and includes a working cattle ranch. It has two miles of ocean coastline!

The property has a two-bedroom, 2,200-square-foot cottage, as well as a ranch office, a barn and corrals. The owners, who bought the ranch as an investment for $24 million in 2001, are looking for a conservation-minded buyer and have placed easements on parts of the property, says Harrison Sheppard, a consultant to the Getty trust that is involved!

Asking $65 million
The home has been on the market since August 2008 with an asking price of $65 million. Daniel Omer of Island Sotheby's International Realty has the listing.

Spelling mansion
Candy Spelling, the widow of television producer Aaron Spelling, is selling this home in Los Angeles. It was shown in 2008 and officially listed in March 2009 with an asking price of $150 million.
The Spellings bought the property, which is the former estate of Bing Crosby, in the early 1980s. They tore down the existing house and completed a new 57,000-square-foot mansion in 1991.
Known as The Manor, it has a bowling alley, beauty salon, several gift-wrapping stations and parking for 100 cars!

Tommy Hilfiger -founder Joel Horowitz built Tranquility, a stone mansion on 210 acres in Zephyr Cove, Nev. It has been listed for $100 million since July 2006.
The home has a lounge inspired by one in New York's St. Regis Hotel. It also has an indoor pool and spa, a basketball court, an art studio and a boathouse. The property, including the mansion, totals more than 38,000 square feet.
Shari Chase and Susan Lowe of Chase International share the listing.
