Our Jacksonville FL real estate agents weren't messing around this month! We had 17 Jacksonville Realtors put sales up on the board in October and they generated $7.2 million in total sales! The closings weren't too far behind with $5 million. We are very proud of all of them!
Of course Mrs. Suzy Evans made our top's list this month! She is our Top Producer with almost $770,000 in closings. Suzy was our Top Lister and Top Producer for September AND the third quarter. If you follow our top's blogs, you may have noticed that Suzy has barely missed a month on the top's list this entire year! She was the Top Lister for the first, second, and third quarters this year and the Top Producer for the second and third quarters. I have a feeling we will be seeing her name again when the numbers come out for the fourth quarter! You are amazing, Suzy!! 
Congratulations to our Top Listing Agent this month - Mirtha Barzaga! Mirtha had over $600,000 in listings sold and nearly $700,000 in total sales. Mirtha's name should also sound familiar, considering she was the Top Producer in August and the Top Sales Agent in July. Mirtha is a gem and we are so lucky to have her!
Dottie Lay is our Top Sales Agent for October! She had over $1.6 million in sales for the month and those closings are lined up for November. Dottie was our Top Sales Agent in September AND the third quarter. Way to go Dottie!
