What are some of the ways you reach out to and stay in touch with your clients and customers? I am seekingas. At Rain Camp I heard about a video camera customized with a "skin" of your company which you can give to buyer clients when they sign a buyer agency agreement. You give it to them to take pictures of all the houses they see. And you can ask them to record special memories and share with you for blogging. Maybe even get them to do a video testimonial.
I have started using a Moments to Remembercalendar for each of my client closings, and people really seem to love them. I found a 2 year calendar with free refills that can be customized for their home. So what I do during the inspections or at the final walk thru is take a photo of some feature my clients love about their new home, and then I give them a permanent memory to hang on their refrigerator or a wall. Recently I had a client call me to list their home, and one of the things they mentioned was that I had been professional, honest, and "they saw me every day when they looked at their appointments". That's powerful marketing.
Here is an example of a calendar:
You can even customize a written message to them. If you want additional information, you can contact one of their representatives, Karl Schmidt, at karls@momentsusa.com.
Sometimes I include them in a gift basket and take them over a couple of weeks after closing as a welcome gift.
I'd welcome some of your own favorite ideas.
