You're absolutely right, Steve...and 5 years ago, foreclosures were pretty much non-existent not only in Granite Bay, but in the surrounding cities of Southwest Placer county as well! :)

P.S. The property above (#2) is located in one of Granite Bay's most desirable communities, Los Lagos...and I think the bank took it back for ~$1.4M because there were no bidders.
