In this weeks blog I posted photos of  Nihi Kai Villas 203. Although not listed yet in should be by the end of the month. The main reason I posted it on this blog is that I needed some new photos to spice up the blog.. But it also helps readers of this blog to get a heads up on what is coming on the market before the property actually hit the market.  However on this Nihi Kai Villas the bank will only take offers from owner occupants for the first 7 days. It will be intersting to see if there will be owner occupant offers on this resort condo.
