Still looking for a park near you. Raleigh Parks and Receration department has a great site to pull up those sites. And one of those parks is Lake Johnson Park. It has a 150 plus acre lake that has double the size of land around the lake. There is more that 3 miles of paved trails and almost 2 miles for more trails that are unpaved.
You are viewing part of the park and lake. Can you imagine what this will look like this fall with the tree leaves changing their color? What a great way to get out and look around.

Just look at this trail what a great picture and breath taking for a walk. You can even ride you bike out here, but only on the paved trails the unpaved trails are for nature walks.
