State of the Crab Address

By
Real Estate Agent with Fathom Realty West Sound WA State 52404

With all of the Presidential hopefuls filling the airwaves with endless political pontifications, I thought I would share some much more valued and pressing information regarding the recent crab fishing season here in the Puget Sound of Western Washington.

So, without any further adieu or gilding of the lily, I give you The State of the Crab Address!

Rich, crab is one of the things at the top of my food chain.  They are a close third to Fried Clams, and Lobster.  Gee I got to throw in Scallops in there to, heck I love them all.  Enjoy your catch!!!

Ah, you can tell who the shellfish connoisseurs are! Mention the word 'Crab' and they come out of the blogging woodwork!

George - I'm right there with ya, Buddy! Anything from a shell, and I'm good to go!

Jason - imagine eating so much cracked crab that you can't possibly eat anymore. That's what it's like here!

Thomas - yes, totally true!!!

Jonathan - boiled up right after catching 'em. I boil them in saltwater that we bring them back in. No spices, no butter. Just boil, chill, and crack. YUM!!!

Wow!  A purist!  I don't know that I have ever heard of using the ocean water for cooking.  Is that a common practice?  How do you get a license?
