Homes in Piper Glen are large. The houses range from 3,000-9,000 square feet, with an average around 5,000. Many of the houses in Piper Glen sit on large lots...which is a tough thing to find in Charlotte. A few of the lots in Piper Glen are well over an acre while others are around .3 - .7 acres (still large lots for Charlotte).
Piper Glen houses have a different exterior look given to them by the hard stucco. There are a few houses in Piper Glen that are full brick or stone but the majority are hard stucco...this was popular in the mid 90's when the community was being built. Hard stucco does not have the negative stigma of synthetic stucco. As long as the stucco is installed, sealed, and maintained properly, there shouldn't be any issues.
