Price reduction, now we're talking! But still after dropping 2.6 million I can't afford it. I don't want to be seen as selfish so I'm offering this up to anyone who might be in a better financial position then myself. It does look like one heck of a place , I'm just not sure it's one heck of a buy.

The compound is magnificent and at 16.9 million I think I would spend it near the ocean.
Having lived in Minnetonka and other towns in MN I am not missing their winters. It really is a beautiful area but not for that much $$$

I have to agree with Jay. It is a beautiful Home - but I'm not sure I'd spend that kind of money in Minnesota. I've lived "up North" and am not a fan of their winters.
Enough Minnesota bashing! We do, however, reserve the right to bash the Lake Minnetonka area. Now if it were located on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi, I might consider it—along with a 100’ paddle-wheeler, to cruise south when it gets what we Minnesotans consider chilly, -20ºF or so.

I do not know how to find out who the key "investor" friendly agents are in the Riverside area. Even though AR is easy to search on, I thought that I would ask a pro like you, that has local knowledge and expertise of the area.
