Nick.  This is a very realistic price for many first time home buyers in this area.  We're talking about an income of $80K or more.  Very realistic here.

Jay.  indeed.  Lovettsville is a very friendly community and the town center show it.  The town shows free movies in the center on Friday evenings, weather permitting.
