I love Skippers. We still have one left in Salem, but I rarely make it there. Our Skippers is not full service and is certainly not as nice as this one. They have the best cod and fries (with malt vinegar) and their clam chowder is some of the best. Now I am hungry for Skippers-LOL

Great Mel! The neat thing with Skippers in Spokane is the owners were able to tweak their franchise a bit and add some atmosphere to the place.
