South Charlotte Real Estate - Dilworth Neighborhood - Dilworth Homes for Sale

Dilworth Homes for Sale

South Charlotte neighborhoods are my specialty and Dilworth is one of my favorites.  Dilworth is located just south of Uptown Charlotte and holds some of Charlotte's oldest houses.  Dilworth homes are very unique to the city of Charlotte.  Bungalows are common and the neighborhood has an great atmosphere given to it by the tree lined streets, boutique shops, and street parking.

Take a drive through Dilworthand you will realize why so many people want to live in this area.  The neighborhood has personality.  The houses are similar in style but all have very different and unique accents.  The streets have sidewalks and are lined with large trees.  The streets are winding and the Dilworth neighborhood houses a couple of small parks.

The Dilworth neighborhood can pretty much sustain itself.  Many of the people living in Dilworth don't need to travel more than 5 miles from their houses in any given week.  Dilworth has its own shopping centers, restaurants and night life, dentists and family doctors, churches, floral think of it and you can probably find it somewhere around Dilworth.  Dilworth extends only a few miles south of the city, so if you live in Dilworth, you will have a very short commute to Uptown Charlotte.
