New Custom Home Listing for Sale in Fairfiled Place Subdivision
Fairfield Place is one of my favorite places to sell homes in Fairhope, AL. Our new listing at 19150 Fairfax Drive is no exception. My seller offered to answer a few of my questions below, which I think prospective Fairhope homebuyers, in the 200-300K price range, will find very beneficial to their search.

Agent: What were the key deciding factors that lead to the purchase of your home in Fairfield Place?
Seller: I liked the open floor plan which allow us to frequently change the furniture arrangement. I also love windows, and this house has tons of windows which let in a lot of natural light. I also wanted adequate storage space, and this house has provided more than enough. We have huge his and hers closets, so our clothes are not crammed into a small space. The beautiful master bathroom was also a major factor in deciding to buy this house. We love the natural light, storage space, and luxurious bath and shower it provides.
Seller: We have added to the landscaping by adding lots of flowers and plants in the yard. We painted the interior. We updated a lot of the fixtures, cabinet pulls, and doorknobs. We added dimmer switches to some of the lights. We had custom window treatments made.
Agent: What will you miss about the home, Fairfield Place subdivision and the community of Fairhope, after you relocate to Birmingham?
Seller: First and foremost, I will miss the storage space. The ample storage space makes storing necessary items easy. There is no hassle in retrieving things or in putting them away. I love the open feel of the home and the natural light which illuminates the house. I hope that our next home will have the same character and charm. I will miss our neighbors. I enjoy having the security of knowing I can rely on my neighbors. Furthermore, we will miss Fairhope tremendously. This is a small community with so much to offer. I will miss knowing the people in the community. If we go out to dinner or to the store, we, most certainly, will encounter people we know! I will miss the artsy, eclectic feel that Fairhope has. I will also miss the beautiful bay. We enjoy going for runs or bike rides by the water.
