Review: Properties less than $300,000 continue to represent the majority of the new pending sales in the Single Family Home inventory in Eagle Idaho. This was a no-growth week in the inventory as the number of new listings was equal to the number of listings that went pending. The average price of the new pending sales is significantly greater than the properties that closed this week. Home sales exceeding $300,000 in Eagle Idaho continue to represent a small portion of the market.
