Ok, after all that when on with the iPhone, Steve Jobs announces that the 8GB iPhone is now going from $599 to $399 and the 4GB is also $200 less. For all of you who stated that $599 was too much for a cell phone that doesn't open lockboxes, what do you think now? As for me, I'm still sticking with my Treo but I did raise an eyebrow when I saw that the prices have dropped. If you were part of the group who paid full price for the iPhone (just think of it as an Early Adopter Tax), do you feel like Apple ripped you off? I know people who wouldn't buy the iPhone just because of the price....but after hearing this, I'm pretty sure they're on their way to AT&T to get their grubby little hands on one. Who else? At what price would you buy the iPhone?
