We ask ourselves daily when will it all turnaround? will it be this year or next or beyond that? We just need alll these houses that are distressed to hit the market so the economy will turnaround quicker. What are they waiting for? the house to be stripped and water damage or the brick or siding to be stolen? We are in a very high crime economy now that the holidays are here... When will it all change ????

Albert, it seems very crazy to me that they keep coming and keep coming! With all of the Notices of Default and pending foreclosures, where IS the light at the end of the tunnel?

I wish I had that crystal ball. We are seeing more and more foreclosures and short sales in our sparsely populated and rural area.

It sure would be great to have the answer to that. We are now heading into/are in our normal seasonal slowdown (much more slowdown than normal slowdown!) Hopefully the New Year will show some upswing.
