Well, the elections are behind us, for now. Not sure how they will affect us all. Hopefully some good will come out of it..especially for homeowners!
One of the reasons why Alicia and Michelle began working together on New Start Home Solutions was the continual need we see from homeowners in trouble. Some homeowners have been hanging on but know they're in trouble, and are just starting to research what their options are. Some homeowners are deep in a hole, and don't want to discuss anything with anyone. If you are reading this, then we know you are looking for information and options of what to do next.
Everyone's situation is unique and completely different, but please understand that you are not alone. We understand that this may not be a topic that you are comfortable discussing with family or friends. This is an uncomfortable topic that you may want to avoid having to deal with, but unless you have the money to catch up on all of the late payments and cure the default, you will have to face this sooner or later. The sooner you gather information and decide what path is best for you the better...you will have more choices. DO NOT let the bank make choices for you.
