Staged a Home in Concord on Monday - It was PENDING and in Escrow Tuesday!

Several weeks ago I was asked to provide a home staging consultation in the Ygnacio Wood community of Concord. This home has been owned by the same owner for over 40 years. The sellers daughter was in town and assisting with the process and we quickly looked at the option of her Mom moving, having the home staged and the home going on the market. We all felt it would be less stressful for her mother not living in the home while it was for sale....and the home would show "best".

Well the strategy paid off! The home was staged on Monday and was in contract and PENDING Tuesday. Love it when a plan comes together......and this one did!
