With Countrywide tightening up their requirements and pulling away from the sub prime market I want to let you know that I still have some programs that will meet your needs. According to an article I read ( Reuters) Countrywide is restructuring their loans to meet Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae purchase requirements. This means no more 100% financing with questionable credit. I do have a company that is still doing 100% with a 580 credit score, and a company that will go to 90% with a 550. Call me
