Sometimes we get asked to help our clients with balloons and signs for their Open Houses or Caravans - but we're "Virtual" Real Estate Assistants... not mobile! So when I saw this product at NARdigras, I just had to share it with you!
It's a great solution to those costly, and ultimately deflated helium-filled balloons you're using as attention-grabbers for an Open House, Caravan or agent luncheon. Especially on rainy or foggy days, helium balloons become rather droopy and saggy, more of a "flop" than the desired "pop"!
Check out the newest bounce-back for your Open House balloons ...Aerostem Balloon Sticks! Walking past the display at the 2010 NAR Conference, these caught my eye! Innovative, unique, functional and cost effective while being decorative at the same time!
Back in the "olden days", balloons were tied to a wooden stick or dowel and you held your balloon up high and waved it in the air while at a fair, ball game or parade. The balloon stayed inflated all day and was only useless if it got popped. So, seizing on the opportunity to make a more functional and durable product, Aerostem replaced the wooden dowel with a 16" long, 3/16" diameter colorful plastic stick and the once-upon-a-time helium balloon is now an air-filled Mylar beauty!
The balloon sticks are unique because they hold two balloons per stick, and are available in many colors. You can put several Aerostems into a holder or simply stick them in the ground next to your sign! How easy is that? Oh yes, and they're reusable which makes them dependable and eco-friendly!
There are kits available to help you design balloon centerpieces, yard decor and even sculptures... for those of you who are really creative!
