Hello from snowy Vail, Colorado! We experienced a beautiful month of fall weather in October here in the Vail Valley which came to a close with the welcome of some heavy snow storms. A recent study by Land Title Guarantee Company showed that after September, real estate sales year to date in Eagle County have surpassed $1 billion for the first time in two years. September's dollar volume of $235 million is the 2nd highest volume month in three years. Below are the most recent sales for the month of October in the neighborhoods of Bachelor Gulch, Beaver Creek and Arrowhead.
