Short sale versus foreclosure in Phoenix

At one time selling your home was one of your most valuable assets; now it is trying to get rid of a large burden. Many people in your situation decide "I am just going to sit and wait to foreclose."  I am here to tell you that I may have a better idea for you.

A short sale of your home has many advantages, one we help you by speaking and negotiating the terms of the sale, we find a prospective buyer for your home. Help you gather the information that the bank needs and submit it into their system to allow you to get on with your life. All this is done with no cost to you. In the agreement with the bank they pay our fee for selling your home, and in some cases we are able to negotiate through HAFA* give you money to help you move out of the property.

Yes, a short sale allows the seller to walk out with some dignity.  Instead of having notices plastered to your door, you simply sell your home short.  It is a great option once you have run through your options for saving your home, or simply if you don't want to save your home.
