I had the pleasure recently of selling a 4 bedroom single home in Cooper Penny Estates, Flemington, NJ to a wonderful family with an 8 year old boy. It occurred to me that this particular single home development had such a great family feel and culture.
A couple of days later after they moved in to their new home in Cooper Penny Estates, my client called me to tell me that the next door neighbor rang their doorbell and introduced herself and brought them a welcome gift. They exchanged contact and to their surprised they became good friends after a short period of time.
